Let me start by saying, I'm an older dude and it is so refreshing to experience "back in the day" customer service as compared to the apathetic modern version.

When my garage door broke this morning I thought I would have to replace it. The top panel was mangled beyond what I thought could be repaired. I first reached out to the company that installed the door but after waiting 2 hours for a reply I called The Garage Door Man. Sean had my wife's car free from my initial phone call to working in about an hour and 45 minutes. When he told me the price I couldn't believe it. I gave him extra because I felt like he didn't charge me enough.

I had an issue with my door and they came out an hour after I called and fixed me right up. Last year they adjusted my doors, changed a trolley, and upgraded my rollers for half what the other guys wanted. There was no high pressure up selling, just facts and good prices with fast service.

I used Jason @ Garage Door Man last month. The chain in my garage broke all of a sudden. He did a maintenance a year ago and warned me this was going to happen soon. Sure enough it did! I called him in the morning and by the end of the day I had a new motor installed. The service was superb. I know have a better and quieter motor without the noisy chain.
